At The Cowgirl, we want you to love your Western-inspired finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and packing slips are included inside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
